The 2010 Louisiana State Judo
Championship was held today in Lafayette, LA and our club brought 11
Juniors and 5 Seniors to compete... and compete we did! Our
cumulative wins resulted in our dojo being awarded the Second Place
Junior Team trophy and the Third Place Senior Team trophy. What made
these significant is that we were tied for First Place with another
dojo who brought many more Junior competitors. They received first
in the tie by having one more individual first place, and with the
Seniors, we did it with five senior competitors.
