Below are resources for students of the Heiwashin Dojo, although anyone may freely download these documents. These documents may not be reproduced in part or whole without the written permission of the Heiwashin Dojo.

Most of the below documents are in Adobe PFD Format and can be viewed from your web browser (Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator 3.0 and higher).  If you don't have one of these web browsers or you want to download them and view off-line, you must download the free Acrobat Reader from the Adobe web site. Just click the "Get Acrobat Reader" icon to download the reader. 

You may also download the documents to your local computer. To download the files:

Netscape Communicator or Mozilla Firefox: Hold down the SHIFT key while clicking the file's link. Save the file to your local hard drive.

Internet Explorer: RIGHT-CLICK the file's link, and click "SAVE TARGET AS". Then save the file to your local hard drive.
