Uniforms

All student must within two weeks of beginning their practice wear a proper martial arts uniform, or gi. All students will wear a white uniform, without adornment except for a Club or Federation patch and the proper rank belt. Black belts may elect to wear a black gi or a black hakama.

Students that have previously studied the martial arts may elect to wear a martial arts uniform, or gi that they have previously worn. However, we do prefer that students wear at a minimum a single weave Judogi. This will prevent the uniform from being torn during practice.

A martial arts uniform may be purchase from many sources. However, you can get your best price by making your purchase through your instructor. Below are the prices for uniforms at the instructors discount rate (which will be passed on to students). Regular retail price is $54.99 - $70.00.
